As we receive vaccine, DHD4 staff will be calling those in the pre-registration queue as they were received. 
DHD4 has expanded vaccine eligibility to 16 and older.

The most effective way to pre-register for a vaccination clinic is by pre- registering online.  Please note, this does NOT guarantee an appointment, health department staff will call to schedule an appointment.   If you do not have access to the internet, Region 9 Area Agency on Aging will help pre-register, call 989-358-4899.  You can also call DHD4 989-356-4507 choose option #1 to pre-register. Due to high call volumes, you may not get through immediately. 

​Please refrain from calling or emailing to check to see if we received you online registration.  If you receive a “thank you” for submitting message then we have received you registration and are going down the list as vaccine supplies are received and appointment slots are added.

In Northeast Michigan, those currently eligible for vaccine represents over 50,000 eligible individuals. Vaccination appointment availability depends on vaccine supply and staffing capacity. Please be patient. We cannot vaccinate everyone eligible immediately.   Thank you.
