Call your local District Health Department No. 4 office for an appointment

 

 

Interesting FACT

 

Currently, District Health Department No. 4 serves 2,900 women between the ages of 19 through 44. It is estimated that approximately 21,000 women in the District 4 service area will qualify for this program.  District 4 began enrolling women August 1, 2006.
