Emergency Contraception (ECP) – Call for walk-in time.  ECP services do not have to be during regularly scheduled clinic times.

Confidential Services

 

Regardless of age.

No information is shared without your consent (even to parents of minors).

Teens are encouraged to share their contraceptive needs with their parents.

Teens are encouraged to involve their parents to help make decisions.

 

Cost/Fees

 

Based on a Sliding Fee Scale according to ability to pay.

Based on income and family/household size.

Everyone is asked make a  contribution to help keep this valuable program.

Diagnostic and treatment costs for abnormal pap tests covered services for eligible women through the

           Family Planning/Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program.

Medicaid is accepted.

Plan First – New Program that covers costs of FP for eligible women.
 

Services

 

Provided by female Nurse Practitioners.

o       Medical history.

o       Physical Exam.

o       Breast Exam.

o       Pelvic Exam.

o       Pap Test.

Emergency Contraception.

HIV testing offered.

Pregnancy Testing and Options Counseling.

Birth Control education and supplies.

Counseling and referral for infertility.

Counseling and referrals sterilization.

Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) testing, education and counseling as indicated.

Referrals for medical concerns and to community services as needed.

Diagnostic and treatment costs for abnormal pap tests covered services by the
Family Planning/Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program.

Preconception counseling (provides information on things you can do if you are planning to
become pregnant and want to have a healthy baby).

 

 

NOTE:  ABORTION SERVICES ARE NOT PROVIDED

 

Supported by Title X Funds All educational material is approved by the Family Planning Advisory Committee and the Education Committee. Services are provided without regard to religion, race, color, creed, natural origin, handicapping condition, age, sex, number of pregnancies or marital status, in a manner that protects the dignity of the individual.
